We are waiting in line to board the car ferry to Port Townsend. Chuck was concerned about driving onto the ferry but it was not a big deal. We took up the space of about 6 cars. Cost $66 for a 30 minute ride. It saved us about 2-3 hours of driving. We are staying at an old WWI and WWII army base called Fort Worden. More to come on that.
