The last of the concrete will be poured tomorrow. Moving right along! 

The heat pump and ducting were installed today. 4 ton 13 seer. Should do a great of cooling us down. 

Today they ran the gas line to the house. After the cement is poured, they will install the meter. Getting there slow but sure. 

Awning is up. Sure is nice to have the extra shade.  

9-22-05 Today they are installing the awning. They will put another one on the east side also.  

Well, they filled in the dirt in front of the house. After the gas is installed, they will pour the rest of the cement.  

The house is on the lot, bolted together and all the supports underneath are finished. The next thing will be to hook up the gas, electric, and water. They estimate it will take 10-15 days before we can occupy the house. We are looking forward to that day. 

The other half is backed into place.

Ok, Lets push it in place 

1/2 of the house in the pit. Removal of the axles and tires. Then the other half is placed in the pit 

The house is here, well at least 1/2. The other half arrived shortly after. Then the pit had to be prepared to back into the pit 

We went into the house when it arrived to see how it looked. Everything is fine inside with some upgrades which we did not order. We were fortunate to order the house when the 2005 models were being made. Since we requested delivery in Sep-Oct we got a 2006 model with most of the 2005 stuff. Tomorrow, Fri the 15th they will bring it out to our lot and place it on. We expect a crowd and our salesperson George is bring the coffee and donuts. We are excited and looking forward to having a house again. 

The house has arrived from the factory to the sale's office. It was one day late due to a tear in the linoleum. They brought 1/2 in yesterday and the 1/2 today.

We are now on our lot. They scraped all the rocks to the rear of the lot so we are having to remove some so we can move the 5th wheel a little further back. We want our office slide to clear the cement so they can install the patio cover. Temp is now down to double digits so it is nicer in the daytime. Our house will be moved on the lot next thursday. 

This a picture or the pit where our 3 BR modular will be placed on the 15th of Sep. We were unable to park on our lot as you can see the dirt on the right. They must save some dirt to fill up the hole in the front after they place the modular. We are staying on our friends Ken & June's lot til we can move over to ours. Once they fill the hole in front and pour the rest of the concrete that part will be done. It is hot here in Yuma; 105 today but cooling down a little. Had a hot trip from California with one tire on the 5th wheel blowing out. Made it to Yuma with 1/4 tank of fuel left on the truck. Will fill it up when the fuel goes back down.
